Nose: Orange Zest, Bananas, Vanilla and Citrus. Some floral and ginger on the backend, but evident there as well. Warm and inviting. Simple yet elegant and complex.
Palate: Butterscotch, cocoa, vanilla and creme brulee. A nice amount of almonds and toasted oak. Brown sugar, baking spices and a hint of honey. Sweet but not overpowering. Oaky.
Finish: Pleasant and medium. Sensual and inviting. Everything a 25 year old rum is supposed to taste like.
