Nose: Citrus, Honeydew, Melon, Spicy, and hints of fruit
Palate: Woody, Honey and some oakiness, not too much just a dried down version you smell in the alps. There’s also a tad of dark chocolate, not sherry like, but a nice bitter to spicy tingling on the tongue.
Finish: Medium to Long finish, with spicy cinnamon and nutmeg shinning through
